Our Senior Associate Barış Seven succesfully passed both stages of the examinations administered by the Turkish Patent and Trademark Authority, and became qualified to register as a trademark attorney. Barış who has been practicing Intellectual Property Law and representing our clients before the Specialized Courts of Intellectual and Industrial Propery is now qualified to follow-up all procedures – such as filing applications and handling oppositions – before the Turkish Patent and Trademark Authority in relation to trademarks, designs and geographical indications.
